Mansfield Team/Player Check-in Location & Times:

Children's Health Star Center Mansfield-same shopping center as the Fieldhouse

Friday: 7:30am-8pm

Saturday: 7:30am-8pm

Team Coach Check-In:

• Driver's License/Passport is required to bring with you to check in.
• Any coach receiving a wristband MUST be on the BBCS roster and fully certified.
• We will not hand out any wristbands to coaches that are not present.
• 1 coach from each team will verify the roster at check-in.
• Any player/coach that is not on the roster at check-in must be on your BBCS bench. We can add them to the roster on site but if they are not on your BBCS bench, we cannot add and they cannot play/coach.
• We DO NOT approve justifications for players on site. If they are not approved by the NCAA, they CANNOT play until they are approved.
• If a coach is sitting on the bench without the proper wristband, they will be removed and asked to sit in the stands.

Player Check-In:

• It is extremely important that parents DO NOT come in with the player for check in. They will be okay and we will help them!
• Submit the player pre-check in form to expedite the process!!
• Identification is required to bring with you to check in:
  • Driver's License
  • Passport
  • Student ID
  • Birth Certificate
• Hotel reservation information is needed to check in:
  • Hotel name
  • Reservation number
  • Check in/Check out date
• If you are local you will need:
  • Current utility bill showing your current address
